As both a strategist and community manager, I redefined L'Oréal Pureology's presence on social media through community-driven, video-first content strategies.
I crafted a new global digital tone of voice, editorial calendars, and curated social media content output. I also led influencer & advocacy relations, and community management, and managed relationships with partners in more than 20 counties.
To proactively respond to the content crisis situation, I conceptualized and convinced the Head of Brands to create a dedicated social-first shoot. I led a team of 8, from pre-production to shooting and post-production. I also shot and edited video-first content (shown above).
